Eye Mode is an activate-able feature in Super Mario 64.
To activate Eye Mode, the player must kill every Mr. I in the game, then reset the game and press L on the title screen, once activated, eyes will appear on several objects throughout the game, such as the moving platforms (not Bomps) in Whomp's Fortress
Additionally, being in a level for longer than 5 minutes will spawn a special Mr. I which will chase the player and instantly kill Mario upon contact.
The Mr. I that chases Mario can also experience Mr I. Glitch
